McKesson is seeking a Post-Acute Field Sales Account Manager to support our Arizona territory. This role focuses on building momentum, pursuing new business, and developing long-term customer partnerships across Extended Care markets.

The successful candidate will use consultative selling, manage a broad portfolio, and travel approximately 75% to cover customers throughout Arizona. Base pay is $89,000–$96,000 with an uncapped $35k incentive and additional bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Four or more years of relevant field sales experience.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• 7-year Motor Vehicle Record Check completed during pre-employment.
• Ability to travel approximately 75% throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of Post-Acute Care customers throughout Arizona.
• Identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities.
• Re-engage former customers and pursue opportunities to regain business.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leaders and key decision-makers.
• Conduct business reviews and deliver consultative sales presentations.
• Recommend McKesson products, services, and solutions aligned to customer needs.
• Support customer onboarding, product conversions, and sales initiatives.
• Identify customer satisfaction gaps and implement appropriate solutions.
• Partner with sales leadership and colleagues to advance strategic opportunities.
• Maintain awareness of competitive activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities.
