Qualifications

Four or more years of relevant field sales experience.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
7-year Motor Vehicle Record Check completed during pre-employment.
Ability to travel approximately 75% throughout the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of Post‑Acute Care customers throughout Arizona.
Identify, prospect, and win new business opportunities.
Re‑engage former customers and pursue opportunities to regain business.
Build trusted relationships with customer leaders and key decision‑makers.
Conduct business reviews and deliver consultative sales presentations.
Recommend McKesson products, services, and solutions aligned to customer needs.
Support customer onboarding, product conversions, and sales initiatives.
Identify customer satisfaction gaps and implement appropriate solutions.
Partner with sales leadership and colleagues to advance strategic opportunities.
Maintain awareness of competitive activity, market trends, and emerging opportunities
