Job summary

Augmentis Group is recruiting for a Financial Analyst or Senior Financial Analyst to support the West Michigan plant with annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and cost analyses. The role offers full relocation assistance and a 30–60 day remote start as relocation is completed, with a publicly traded client known for growth and strong training programs.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in accounting/financial analysis, solid Excel/ERP experience, and the ability to collaborate across functions

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of accounting/financial analysis experience with reporting
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; able to synthesize data
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication; cross-functional work ability
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with Epicor, Oracle, and Hyperion is a plus
• ITAR and U.S. person status required; must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, weekly updates, and analysis of financial results
• Perform monthly account reconciliations and inventory analysis
• Conduct self-assessment audits and ensure SOX compliance
• Analyze manufacturing variances and plant expenses affecting job costing
• Support departmental budgeting with reviews, analysis, and reporting
• Assist auditors during facility audits
• Assess pricing and profitability factors for products/services
• Report actual results and metrics to corporate office monthly
• Prepare and post journal entries and handle ad-hoc accounting tasks
