Job summary

DineAmic Hospitality in Chicago’s West Loop seeks welcoming, organized hosts to create a smooth arrival for guests at multiple concepts. You will manage reservations, greet guests, and help seat parties while coordinating with service teams.

Focus is on hospitality, clear communication, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Evening/weekend availability is preferred with a commitment to guest satisfaction and program enrollment when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume guest-facing role.
• Comfort with reservation platforms and POS systems.
• Evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage check-in at the host stand.
• Handle reservations, waitlists, and walk-ins efficiently.
• Communicate with servers and managers to balance service flow.
• Answer phones and assist with carryout orders and inquiries.
• Maintain a clean and organized host area and lobby.
