The West IT Service Senior Manager at Boston Consulting Group leads the IT Services organization across the West System, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, governance, and alignment with global standards. You will guide a team of IT Managers and Core Staff, embedding an AI-first, experience-led approach to services.

This role requires 8–12+ years in IT service delivery, strong leadership, vendor governance, and the ability to partner with senior leaders on budget, strategy, and risk.

Qualificações

• 8–12+ years in IT service delivery within a global matrix environment.
• Proven experience running multi-site or regional service delivery.
• Strong ITIL and service governance background.
• Experience leading service transformation and operating model redesign.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership, Finance, HR, and MDPs.

Responsabilidades

• Lead IT Services across the West System and drive AI-first, experience-led operation.
• Own West ITS KPIs and SLAs, evolving metrics for digital health and user journeys.
• Plan West IT CapEx and vendor strategy; negotiate contracts to balance resilience and cost.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure onboarding/training across West System offices.
• Sponsor RtB activities and drive cost management and transparency at system level.
