Job summary

Halfday Iced Tea is seeking a dynamic Director of Key Accounts (Grocery – West) to lead national and West regional grocery relationships, drive distribution and profitability, and collaborate across marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance. You will own account plans, leverage data-driven insights, and partner with broker networks to expand Halfday's retail footprint.

This senior role requires deep CPG experience, a proven track record in West grocery growth, and the ability to balance

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive key account management in CPG; NA beverage preferred.
• Experience owning Albertsons HQ and contacting HEB, Raley's, Save Mart, Winco.
• Strong broker network management and DSD experience.
• Proven track record delivering West Grocery channel results.
• Blend corporate rigor with startup initiative to scale a brand's machine.
• Finance acumen: trade, margin, profitability, and growth.
• Proficiency with retail platforms and POS data (BI tools).

Responsibilities

• Deepen key account relationships across West Grocery accounts.
• Develop retailer-specific growth plans: assortment, pricing, promotions.
• Lead category reviews with major West accounts (Albertsons, HEB, etc.).
• Drive distribution, share, and profitability via broker networks.
• Monitor in-market execution, gaps, and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance; advocate customer voice.
