Job summary

Pearl Health in California seeks a Director, Enterprise Growth to drive net-new partnerships across the West region with health systems, large physician groups, and ACOs participating in Medicare Value Based Care. You will own the full deal lifecycle, build the West enterprise growth strategy, and serve as Pearl's external evangelist at regional events.

You will collaborate with Finance and Operations to ensure timely closings, surface regional market trends, and shape offerings to meet demand,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial leadership in healthcare.
• Extensive regional network within West healthcare providers, hospitals, and ACOs/IPAs.
• Proven track record of large, complex deals across full sales cycle.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal lifecycle for the region's enterprise accounts (sourcing, deal structuring, pricing proposals, contract negotiation, and closing).
• Build and execute the West enterprise growth strategy, from targeting methodology, funnel development, and relationship development.
• Serve as Pearl's external evangelist in the West, cultivating and owning relationships with prospective enterprise partners and representing Pearl at regional industry events and forums.
