Job summary

Pearl Health in the Northeast is seeking a Vice President, Enterprise Growth to lead net-new partnerships with health systems, large physician groups, and IPAs participating in Medicare Value Based Care programs. You will own the full cycle acquisition strategy and close deals across the region.

You will build a scalable growth strategy, represent Pearl at regional events, and partner with Finance and Operations to align pipeline, forecasting, and regional KPIs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales, business development, or commercial leadership in healthcare.
• Deep regional knowledge of the Northeast provider landscape.
• Proven track record closing large, complex deals with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
• Data-driven with ability to build business cases.
• Clinical knowledge in quality and population health.

Responsibilities

• Own the full deal lifecycle for the region’s enterprise accounts.
• Build and execute the Northeast enterprise growth strategy.
• Serve as Pearl's external evangelist in the Northeast and represent Pearl regionally at events.
• Partner cross-functionally to surface market trends and build business cases.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline hygiene and provide real-time deal visibility for regional forecasting and KPI tracking.
• Support regional strategy and operations aligned to the Market President's Northeast goals.
