A leading insurance provider is seeking an individual for the E&S Casualty business to service a renewal book and produce new business while building distribution channels. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, strong underwriting experience, and established marketing relationships. Responsibilities include supporting strategic plans, handling existing portfolios, and maintaining broker relations. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to travel within the territory for client meetings.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience.
Moderate amount of E&S General Liability and/or Excess Underwriting Experience.
Outstanding existing marketing relationships with experience in production underwriting role.
In-depth underwriting expertise across general classes and high volume portfolio management.
Self-starter organized to work independently and collaboratively.
Build and maintain broker relationships to generate new opportunities.
Work independently with granted underwriting authority.
