Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children under 6 who have autism, using play-based ABA to develop communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

You will partner with BCBAs for coaching, document progress, build strong relationships with families and teammates, and grow your clinical skills through ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing.
• Passion for helping children with autism learn and grow.
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days.
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; ability to move with kids.

What we're looking for

• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

• Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
