Description
Play. Teach. Believe. Grow.
You're already an RBT.
Now find a team that invests in your future.
You already know that progress isn't always measured in giant milestones, but in a new word, a successful transition, or a moment of connection that wasn't there yesterday.
You bring patience, skill, and purpose to every session because you understand what meaningful progress looks like for a child with autism and their family.
We call them Believers.
At Caravel, you're not just another RBT.
You're a valued clinical teammate whose experience matters.
Whether you're looking to deepen your skills, expand your impact, or explore a future path toward leadership or becoming a BCBA, we are ready to be a part of your journey.
You'll work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, using play-based ABA therapy to help them build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.
You already know the difference a great RBT can make.
You've seen the first words, the first friendships, the first successful transitions, and the pride that comes when a child accomplishes something their family once thought impossible.
At Caravel, you'll be surrounded by teammates who share that same purpose and leaders who are invested in your success.
Continue building a career where your work creates meaningful change for children and families every day.
You believe in them.
We believe in you.
And we're ready to help you grow.
