Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC in Liberty, MO seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children under 6 using play-based ABA therapy to foster communication, independence, and social skills.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs for coaching and feedback, document progress, build strong relationships with families, and continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training.

What you'll do:

You’ll work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, using play-based ABA therapy to help them build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

• Use your RBT expertise to create meaningful learning opportunities through play and connection

• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and feedback

What we're looking for

• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

What we offer

• Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
