Job summary

Pewaukee location in Wisconsin is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician II to support children under 6 with autism through play-based ABA therapy. You will provide one-on-one sessions, document progress, and collaborate with BCBAs and families to foster meaningful strides in communication and daily living skills.

Join Caravel Autism Health for a team that values growth, mentorship, and ongoing training, with a schedule typically Monday–Friday 7:30am–4:30pm and occasional Saturdays.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

You'll work 1-on-1 with children under 6 years old who have a diagnosis of autism, using play-based ABA therapy to help them build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

• Use your RBT expertise to create meaningful learning opportunities through play and connection
• Partner closely with BCBAs who provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support
• Celebrate, document, and contribute to meaningful progress for every child
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and teammates
• Continue developing your clinical skills through ongoing training and feedback

What we're looking for

• Active RBT certification in good standing
• Passion for helping children with autism learn and grow
• Reliability, professionalism, and strong follow through
• Resilience and compassion, especially on the tough days
• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed

• Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
