Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic RBT to work one-on-one with children under 6, using play-based ABA to build communication, independence, social, and daily living skills.

You'll collaborate with BCBAs for coaching and feedback, document progress, and strengthen connections with families. The role offers regular daytime hours, benefits for full-time employees, and scholarship support for pursuing BCBA credentials.

• Physical readiness for the role: pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 35 pounds; sitting on the floor, stooping, standing, walking, and moving quickly alongside kids when needed.

What we offer

• Pay: $18.24 to $31.05 per hour based on experience
• Hours: Monday through Friday- regular schedule during the hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with the occasional Saturday
