Qualifications

• Proven track record growing and leading a transportation architecture practice, including winning work.
• Strong network with transit agencies, partners, and stakeholders in the US West.
• Demonstrated commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional market strategy for transit architecture in the US West.
• Guide business development, pursuit strategy, and long‑term client relationships.
• Provide senior leadership on select transit projects from concept through delivery.
