Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture is required.
• 15+ years of experience in Interior Design/Architecture leadership roles.
• Extensive experience leading projects under HCAI jurisdiction and permits knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale a high-performing studio through strategic recruiting and mentoring.
• Drive revenue growth and client satisfaction across the West Coast.
• Lead multi-disciplinary project delivery with a focus on profitability and quality.
