Nelson Worldwide is seeking a Studio Leader for its Healthcare Architecture & Design Studio in Florida. You will oversee performance, leadership, resource management, and financials while growing client relationships and delivering high-quality projects.

You will mentor project leads, manage staffing and workflow, and drive a culture aligned with Nelson’s values and standards. Strong healthcare experience and leadership are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or Architecture; 15+ years of experience in Interior Design/Architecture.
• Experience as a Team Director, Account Manager, and/or Project Manager required.
• Strong background in Healthcare Architecture & Design and leadership capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Healthcare Architecture & Design Studio in Florida, ensuring talent growth and project delivery.
• Manage budgets, profitability, and client satisfaction across the studio’s projects.
• Foster a diverse, inclusive culture and mentor project leads and Teammates to achieve studio goals.
