Job summary

HUBER TECHNOLOGY LLC seeks a Service Base Manager - West to lead the West Coast Service Hub in the greater Phoenix area, driving service growth, regional customer engagement, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Engineering, and Project Management. You will shape lifecycle service offerings and optimize regional operations.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in service leadership, strong communication, and a customer-focused mindset, with a readiness to travel and manage diverse teams

Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business Management, or a related technical field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Service, Field Service Operations, Aftermarket, technical sales support, or related customer-facing industrial environments; leadership preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with responsibility for team development, workforce planning, performance management, coaching, and organizational growth.
• Strong understanding of mechanical equipment, industrial systems, and service operations with ability to support technical discussions and customer applications.
• Proven experience developing customer relationships and identifying Service and Aftermarket Sales opportunities, including lifecycle solutions, maintenance concepts, spare parts, and refurbishment initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Establish, develop, and support HUBER Technology’s West Coast Service Hub and contribute to regional service presence and long-term growth.
• Provide overall leadership and resource management for the regional Service organization, including workforce planning and performance management.
• Develop regional strategies focused on lifecycle services, maintenance programs, spare parts, refurbishment initiatives, and sustainable growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with customers, municipalities, consulting engineers, and HUBER Sales Representatives.
• Identify and develop new Service and Aftermarket Sales opportunities by analyzing customer needs and market potential.
