Job summary

Responsibilities include coaching staff, managing workflows, driving KPIs, and coordinating with leadership to execute regional and national initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of benefit insurance experience.
• 2+ years supervisory or management experience.
• Life & Health License knowledge / Skills / Abilities.
• Ability to effectively and professionally communicate orally and in writing.
• Ability to train and coach staff and provide feedback.
• Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems timely and thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of employee benefits service staff.
• Develop and deliver training programs and set standards.
• Monitor KPIs and drive performance in biweekly reviews.
• Coordinate with the EB Practice Leader and Client Service Director on initiatives.
• Balance workloads and manage schedules across the department.
• Conduct regular one-on-one coaching and performance reviews.
• Engage with clients to assess needs and service levels.
• Collaborate with Producers and operations on service handoffs.
