Edia seeks a Senior Regional Director of Sales to lead a high-growth team of Small and Mid-Market Account Executives, drive 3x quarterly coverage, and ensure a robust pipeline across districts nationwide. You will coach, forecast, and execute MEDDPICC while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and CS to accelerate growth.

Qualificações

• 3–5+ years leading AEs with a track record of team quota attainment.
• Experience selling and/or leading in K-12 EdTech or the Public Sector a plus.
• Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and running disciplined sales processes.
• Deep understanding of complex B2B sales and ability to coach reps on multi-threading and closing.
• Inspires, coaches, and communicates clearly to both teams and executives.
• Thrives in fast-changing environments; creative problem solver who builds scalable playbooks.

Responsabilidades

• Revenue & Pipeline: Team consistently hits quota with 3x coverage; deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
• Coaching & Development: Weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections; build a high-performing, quota-crushing team.
• Operational Excellence: Drive Salesforce/Gong hygiene, enforce sales methodology (MEDDPICC), and ensure predictable execution.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to accelerate growth and bring back insights from the field.
• Adaptability: Lead effectively in a high-growth, changing environment; identify gaps and propose solutions.
