Job summary

Edia, a leading AI education company in the US, is seeking a Senior Regional Director of Sales. You will lead a team of 8 AEs, drive 3x pipeline coverage, and ensure 100%+ attainment per quarter while expanding logo velocity nationwide.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to accelerate growth, deliver accurate forecasts, and coach reps with MEDDPICC playbooks in a fast‑growing environment on the West Coast.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years leading AEs with a track record of quota attainment.
• Experience selling and/or leading in K-12 EdTech or the Public Sector a plus.
• Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and disciplined sales processes.
• Able to coach reps on multi-threading and closing in complex B2B deals.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8 AEs to consistently hit quota with 3x coverage and accurate weekly forecasts.
• Provide weekly 1:1 coaching, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections to build a high-performing team.
• Drive Salesforce/Gong hygiene and enforce MEDDPICC-based sales processes for predictable execution.
• Partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to accelerate growth and capture field insights.
• Lead effectively in a high-growth environment, identifying gaps and proposing scalable solutions.
