Edia in the United States is seeking a Senior Regional Director of Sales to lead a team of AEs, drive revenue growth, and unlock district-level outcomes in K-12 EdTech. You will manage eight reps and shape strategy that accelerates new logos and expansion across districts.

You’ll coach through weekly 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and enforce disciplined MEDDPICC practices while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and CS. Prioritization on the West Coast with a high-growth culture.

  • Revenue & Pipeline: Ensure quota attainment with 3x coverage and accurate forecasts.
  • Coaching & Development: Conduct weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain Salesforce/Gong hygiene and MEDDPICC discipline.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to drive growth.
  • Adaptability: Lead in a fast-growth environment and refine scalable playbooks.

As an Senior Regional Director of Sales, your mission is not only to hit revenue goals but also to help districts unlock real outcomes for students. In this role, you’ll be shaping the trajectory of a high-growth company while directly influencing how schools across the country deliver education.

You’ll lead a team of Small and Mid-Market Account Executives to consistently achieve 100%+ attainment per quarter, while ensuring a collective pipeline generation of at least 3x coverage per quarter across the team. You’ll drive a culture of accountability, high activity, and strategic outreach to accelerate new logo acquisition and expansion opportunities. All while, successfully managing a team of 8 AEs, enabling each rep to hit quota through effective coaching, rigorous pipeline management, and creative problem-solving.

We are currently prioritizing candidates on the West Coast.

What You’ll Do:
  • Revenue & Pipeline: Team consistently hits quota with 3x coverage; deliver accurate weekly forecasts.
  • Coaching & Development: Weekly 1:1s, deal reviews, and pipeline inspections; build a high-performing, quota-crushing team.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive Salesforce/Gong hygiene, enforce sales methodology (MEDDPICC), and ensure predictable execution.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Marketing, Product, and CS to accelerate growth and bring back insights from the field.
  • Adaptability: Lead effectively in a high-growth, changing environment; identify gaps and propose solutions.
Qualifications:
  • Sales Leadership: 3–5+ years leading AEs with a track record of team quota attainment. Experience selling and/or leading in K-12 EdTech or the Public Sector a plus.
  • Forecasting & Process: Skilled in pipeline management, forecasting, and running disciplined sales processes.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Deep understanding of complex B2B sales and ability to coach reps on multi-threading and closing.
  • Communication & Influence: Inspires, coaches, and communicates clearly to both teams and executives.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in fast-changing environments; creative problem solver who builds scalable playbooks.
