Outside is seeking a senior sales leader to drive revenue across Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and select Rockies accounts. The role emphasizes developing new business, expanding high-potential relationships, and translating client needs into integrated, data-driven solutions.

Candidates should bring 10+ years in media sales or agency partnerships, a proven ability to open doors and close deals, and a deep knowledge of the regional advertising landscape.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in media sales, advertising, or agency partnerships with revenue impact.
• Strong network of brand and agency relationships in target territories.
• Proven ability to open doors, grow accounts, and close high-value deals.
• Deep understanding of the NC and Pacific Northwest ad landscape and decision-makers.
• Knowledge of digital, video, OTT/CTV, branded content, social, and data ecosystems.
• Consultative sales approach and credibility with executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow revenue across Northern California, the Pacific Northwest, and select Rockies accounts.
• Develop strategic pipeline and convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.
• Prospect, pitch, negotiate, and close across Outside's digital, video, OTT/CTV, sponsorships and experiences.
• Build senior-level relationships with marketers and agency leaders.
• Translate client challenges into integrated marketing solutions across brands and platforms.
• Maintain rigorous pipeline forecasting in Salesforce and communicate next steps.
