The Keystone Distinction Group is seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the West Coast to drive growth across municipal water and wastewater markets. You will lead a network of representative firms, influence specifications with engineers, and collaborate with inside sales to deliver profitable growth while managing pricing and margins.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in technical sales, strong relationship-building skills, and the willingness to travel ~50% across the Western states.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of sales or technical sales in municipal water/wastewater; valve or process equipment exp. preferred.
• Proven experience managing manufacturer’s representatives.
• Ability to influence specifications with engineers; strong communication skills; willing to travel ~50%.

Mansioni

• Own and execute regional sales strategy to meet revenue, market share, and margin goals.
• Coach and develop a network of manufacturer’s representatives; set expectations and train.
• Influence project specifications by calling on engineers, municipalities, utilities.
• Lead product presentations, lunch-and-learns, and training for engineers, reps, end users.
• Provide frontline application engineering and product selection support with internal resources.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and opportunity management in Salesforce.
