UV Resources LLC seeks a Strategic Sales Manager for the West Coast region with a strong ownership mindset and bias for action. This role focuses on growth through distributors, national accounts, and end-user opportunities in concert with channel partners.

You will educate distributors on product capabilities, build relationships, and drive organic growth by capturing opportunities and expediting orders to maximize sales effectiveness.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience within Sales with a solid track record in sales achievements and in closing.
• 3+ years of experience in a sales leadership or managerial role.
• Computer skills – intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet Explorer and Dynamics CRM.
• Effective communication skills including written and verbal.
• Strong relationship building skills.

Responsabilidades

• Overall responsibility for sales in West Coast Region for the Company.
• Develop network of distributors to support sales growth.
• Develop product awareness at consultant/project representative level (capabilities, tech info, new offerings).
• Cultivate new customers at installing contractor level; promote products to engineers on new projects.
• Pursue large projects through personal sales efforts and key accounts.
• Travel extensively; approximate 50% of time.
• Collaborate with operations, sourcing, and engineering to understand future needs and bids.
• Assist in resolving service issues and accounts receivable as needed.
