Job summary

TAG Heuer is seeking a Regional Retail Director based in Los Angeles to lead TAG Heuer Retail boutiques, Franchise boutiques, and Outlets across the west coast. You will report to the VP of Retail and shape the region's performance, brand image, and talent development.

You will drive sales through clienteling, develop high-end clientele, partner with corporate functions, and ensure consistent customer experience across all doors while delivering ambitious growth and retailer partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of luxury retail experience across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by strengthening clienteling and regional objectives.
• Lead and develop retail and franchise teams to hit targets.
• Collaborate with Merchandising to ensure optimal product assortment.
• Oversee store openings with cross-functional partners.
• Monitor sales performance and build loyal client base.
