Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Regional Executive Chef to lead culinary operations for the West Coast Region. The role is remote, but the candidate must reside near Seattle, WA, and will provide leadership to Executive Chefs and GMs across the region.

You will mentor teams, manage food and labor costs, and collaborate on safety, sustainability, and innovation initiatives. Strong communication and multitasking are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience as an Executive Chef in high volume sports and leisure venues.
• Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent organizational, presentation, written and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage food cost to a budget.
• Proven ability to manage labor cost with scheduling and forecasting.
• Ability to promote teamwork and work independently.
• Strong communication skills and multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership to Executive Chefs and GMs across the region.
• Conduct monthly conference calls to share initiatives and best practices.
• Participate in Culinary Steering Committee activities.
• Support safety, sustainability, and LTIR targets regionally.
• Assist with new business development, including menu development and supplier interactions.
• Identify top performers and develop succession plans.
• Coordinate onboarding of new chefs and regional audits.
• Travel as needed for unit visits and reviews.
