Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking an experienced Regional Executive Chef to guide and mentor executive chefs and general managers across the West Coast region. This remote role requires residing near Seattle, WA, with occasional travel to units for audits and support.

You will lead food quality, cost controls, labor forecasting, budgeting, purchasing compliance, and safety/sanitation, while promoting sustainability and local partnerships. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as an Executive Chef in high-volume venues
• Strong organizational, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to manage food costs to budget and forecast labor costs

Responsibilities

• Provide culinary leadership and guidance to Regional Exec Chefs and General Managers across the West Coast Region
• Mentor Chefs and managers on food quality, cost controls, and safety/sanitation
• Lead regional culinary initiatives, budget adherence, inventory control and supplier partnerships
• Coordinate with Sr. Executive Chef and Culinary Steering Committee on nutrition, safety and sustainability goals
• Promote a TEAM mentality and oversee regional staffing and succession planning
