Job summary

Sodexo Live! is seeking a Regional Executive Chef to provide culinary leadership to the West Coast region. The role is remote with residency near Seattle, focusing on guiding Executive Chefs and GMs in food quality, cost controls, budgeting, and compliance across units.

You will mentor regional chefs, lead monthly calls, participate in culinary initiatives, and help develop talent while promoting safety, sustainability, and local supplier partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years' experience as an Executive Chef in high-volume venues.
• Culinary Arts Degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage cost controls and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional culinary leadership and mentor regional Chefs and GMs.
• Conduct monthly conference calls to share initiatives and best practices.
• Promote safety, sustainability and compliance across units.
• Assist with onboarding, training and development of chefs.
