Job summary

Citygreen Systems LLC is seeking a Project Delivery Manager for the West Coast to lead technical construction reviews, coordinate pre-installation activities, and support the sales team with expert input. You will be the senior technical authority in the time zone, ensuring builds match design intent and regulatory requirements.

You will grow into full project delivery responsibilities, supervising subcontractors, managing programmes and margins as we expand U.S. installations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in the landscape industry with site supervision and project delivery experience.
• Ability to read and mark landscape and civil plan sets and ensure buildability.
• Strong coordination across architects, engineers, utilities and contractors.
• Proven track record directing crews to scope, budget and quality.
• Willingness to travel along the West Coast and beyond as needed.

Responsibilities

• Construction review and quality control against approved drawings; manage BuildPass reviews.
• Lead pre-installation meetings with contractors covering sequencing and inspection points.
• Coordinate across landscape architects, civil/ stormwater engineers, utilities and city departments.
• Provide technical support to sales by answering questions and joining client/specifier meetings.
