Zusammenfassung

Citygreen International seeks a Project Delivery Manager for the West Coast to lead technical and construction aspects of North American projects. You will review installations, manage BuildPass processes, and guide contractors from pre-installation through completion.

You will coordinate with engineers, landscape architects and utilities, ensuring site work meets approved drawings and quality standards while supporting sales with technical input.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in the landscape industry, with training in landscape architecture, landscape technology or landscape construction.
• Hands-on site supervision of landscape installation, as a site superintendent, construction manager or contractor-side project manager.
• Ability to read and annotate landscape and civil plan sets, including levels, sections and drainage.
• Authorized to work in the United States and willing to travel regularly along the West Coast.

Aufgaben

• Review installations against approved drawings: levels, dimensions, soil volumes, compaction and connections.
• Own BuildPass review for all North American projects; approve/reject evidence and raise non-conformances.
• Maintain thorough inspection records to support warranty claims.
• Lead pre-installation meetings with contractors on sequencing and inspections.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, civil and stormwater engineers, utilities, and public works to identify conflicts on paper.
• Support sales with technical answers and attend client/specifier meetings.
• Build relationships with specifiers and contractors in LA, San Diego, San Francisco, and Seattle.
