Oliver Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Executive to expand our West Coast presence by developing new customers in the packaging industry. This role focuses on prospecting, creating opportunities from the ground up, and closing complex B2B sales while collaborating with leadership.

Relocation assistance is available; you will own your territory and partner with senior leadership to drive growth across multiple industries.

Qualifications

• Experience selling packaging, folding cartons, or manufacturing solutions to business customers.
• Ability to identify and develop new markets and opportunities.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding new business quotas.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, trade shows, and strategic outreach.
• Develop and execute a territory growth strategy to expand market share and revenue.
• Identify target accounts in cosmetics, beauty, personal care, food, and CPG sectors.
• Conduct executive-level meetings to uncover custom packaging opportunities and client challenges.
• Manage the full sales cycle from discovery to quotation, negotiation, and close.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and accurate CRM reporting.
