Responsibilities

• Lead and establish the California Office in the Los Angeles area.
• Develop and expand an established client base and portable book of business.
• Manage litigation matters for existing Firm clients and personal clients.
• Drive business development and expand Firm's market presence on the West Coast.
• Promote cross-practice collaboration across MSS offices and services.
• Support recruiting and help build a California legal team and platform.
• Shape long-term strategy and growth for West Coast operations.
