Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license required.
• Minimum 1 year of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships and case preparation.

Responsibilities

• Handle court appearances and hearings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
• Manage discovery and conduct depositions.
• Participate in mediations and settlement discussions.
• Assist with pre-trial preparation and trial.
