Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California State Bar membership.
• 5+ years of commercial, business, or complex civil litigation experience.
• California state and federal court experience.
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, legal research, and depositions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of complex commercial litigation matters, including case strategy, discovery, and day-to-day case management.
• Draft substantive motions, briefs, memoranda, and other filings in California state and federal courts.
• Take and defend depositions and support arbitration, mediation, and trial preparation efforts.
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategies for complex business disputes.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while managing matters independently.
