Job summary

PAC is seeking a Field Service Rep for the West Coast to install, calibrate, repair, and train customers on Physical Properties instruments. The role covers the Greater Los Angeles area with travel to other parts of the country and internationally as needed.

The technician will perform installations, calibrations, preventive maintenance, and technical support, ensuring product performance and customer satisfaction. Strong communication and hands-on technical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemistry or electronics required.
• Five years’ experience with analytical equipment in petrochemical industry preferred.
• Knowledge of ASTM methods related to PAC instruments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, calibrate, certify, repair and maintain PAC Physical Properties instruments.
• Provide product training to customers and build strong customer relationships.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting in the field.
• Work with sales to upsell/cross-sell PAC products and services.
