Job summary

PAC is seeking a self-motivated Field Service Technician to service customers in the Greater Los Angeles area and travel as required to other parts of the country and internationally. You will install, configure, calibrate, certify, repair, maintain, and operate PAC Physical Properties instruments at customer sites, while training customers and maintaining strong relationships.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in chemistry or electronics or equivalent experience.
• Technical B.S. degree is a plus.
• Minimum five years’ experience with analytical equipment in Petrochemical environments.

Responsibilities

• Install, calibrate, and repair PAC Physical Properties instruments at customer sites.
• Provide product training and customer support as needed.
• Work with sales to upsell/cross-sell PAC products and services.
