Job summary

White & Case LLP on the West Coast is seeking an experienced Senior Events Manager to oversee the Firm's client events, internal gatherings, and regional sponsorships. You will manage virtual, in-person and hybrid events (300+ per year) from planning through ROI analysis, working with cross-functional teams and external vendors.

Ideal candidates have 7+ years in events and hospitality, strong budgeting and vendor management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of work experience in events and hospitality.
• Strong time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work with all levels of staff and management and with clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage West Coast events program (virtual, in-person, hybrid) 300+ events per year.
• Support Americas Senior Events Manager with team and project management and budgeting.
• Develop ROI data and reporting for event initiatives.
• Collaborate with BD teams to align event objectives with firm strategy.
