Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Previous sales management or supervisory experience is beneficial.
• Knowledge of the building industry and VELUX product portfolio is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop District Sales Representatives to build a high-performing sales team.
• Translate commercial strategies into clear priorities for the District and monitor progress.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with key accounts and customers.
• Contribute to annual sales forecasts and sales expense planning within budgets.
• Balance strategic projects with day-to-day execution and performance management.
• Drive momentum by turning insights into actionable initiatives and measurable results.
• Influence district performance and shape regional strategy in field execution.
