You will drive regional performance by developing sales representatives, managing customer relationships, and turning insights into practical, revenue-improving actions.

You’ll connect the big picture with day-to-day field activities, forecast performance, and lead strategic discussions with key accounts to maximize profitability.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Previous sales management or supervisory experience is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop District Sales Representatives across the District.
• Translate commercial strategies into clear priorities for the District.
• Monitor progress and identify where greater focus or a different approach is needed.
• Work with sales data, forecasts and market insight to understand performance across the business.
• Provide concise, commercially sound recommendations to management and customers.
• Influence conversations at senior levels with key accounts.
