Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance on the West Coast is seeking an Account Director to lead high-level client relationships and guide performance driven strategies across multi-channel campaigns. You will manage senior client relationships, mentor teams, and translate insights into actionable growth plans.

The role requires strategic thinking, operational discipline, and strong storytelling to connect creative, media and data for tangible business results.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in digital media
• Deep knowledge of performance platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic, etc.)
• Proven success managing large, multi-channel accounts
• Hands-on experience with onboarding new clients
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to grow revenues and manage budgets

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted partner to key decision makers
• Support and elevate client performance conversations, leading day-to-day while driving high-level strategy
• Guide the creative and media planning process to align with client goals
• Identify and drive client growth opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Build and mentor high-performing teams with client communications and QA
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients and internal teams
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a unified vision
• Contribute to agency operations including SOWs, renegotiations, and resourcing
