Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance in the United States seeks an accomplished Account Director to lead senior client relationships and growth across multiple campaigns. You will guide performance strategy, oversee cross-functional teams, and translate insights into actionable next steps to deliver business outcomes.

You’ll be a strategic, operational leader who builds process, drives results, and communicates effectively with clients, creative, media, and data teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in digital media, agency setting preferred.
• Deep knowledge of performance platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic).
• Proven success managing large, multi-channel accounts with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience onboarding new clients and building processes from ground up.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with senior clients.
• Demonstrable experience growing revenues and effectively managing budgets/profitability.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships, becoming a trusted partner to key decision makers and helping them achieve their business objectives.
• Support and elevate client performance conversations by empowering your team to lead day-to-day while driving high-level strategy.
• Guide the creative and media planning process to ensure integrated strategies align with client goals.
• Identify and drive client growth opportunities through upselling, cross-selling, and long-term planning.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams with ongoing feedback, QA of deliverables, and media execution.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for clients and internal teams, handling escalations as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure all work ladders up to a unified vision.
