Job summary

M+C Saatchi Performance, a global digital media agency, seeks an Account Director based on the West Coast to drive client results and lead a team across multiple campaigns. You’ll own senior relationships, guide performance strategy across channels, and translate insights into actionable plans.

Ideal candidates bring deep client management experience, strong understanding of user acquisition, and a proven track record in growth marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years’ experience in digital media, preferably in an agency setting.
• Deep knowledge of performance platforms (Google, Meta, TikTok, Programmatic).
• Proven success managing large multi-channel accounts and cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on onboarding experience for new clients and programs.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with senior clients.
• Demonstrable experience growing revenues and managing budgets.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow client relationships with senior decision makers.
• Lead a team of junior account members and guide performance strategy.
• Direct cross-channel planning and ensure strategies meet client goals.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities for long-term growth.
• Build and mentor teams; oversee daily client communications and QA.
• Serve as senior point of contact for clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align work with a unified vision.
