Job summary

Dandy seeks a Field Trainer in the California Bay Area to lead in-person trainings that accelerate clinical success with our digital dentistry solutions. This role is field-based, with up to 85% travel nationwide, and focuses on helping practices adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows with confidence.

You will partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits, monitor outcomes, and deliver measurable value at the intersection of training, technology, and practice

Qualifications

• 3+ years of clinical training experience in digital dentistry or dental technology.
• Experience training cohorts of up to ten assistants or staff.
• Willingness to travel up to 85%.
• Proximity to travel hubs within 60-min drive to the airport.
• Ability to partner with senior leaders, clinicians and staff.
• 3+ years managing training logistics and multi-practice coordination.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Customer-focused approach to onboarding and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-touch, in-person trainings to support adoption of intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
• Coach teams based on live observation and adjust to practice goals.
• Drive early case submission by removing blockers and building confidence.
• Post-training advisory to reinforce scanning habits and adoption.
• Monitor outcomes in first 30 days and surface coaching opportunities.
• Share field insights to inform resources and improve onboarding.
• Assess readiness across workflows and coordinate resources before training day.
• Customize training strategies by practice size and goals.
