AIT Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Regional Service Delivery Manager to oversee end‑to‑end movement of high‑tech products to data centers across the West Coast, including secure on‑time delivery and white‑glove installation.

You will lead cross‑functional teams, develop SOPs, assess site risk, and ensure compliance with ISO/OSHA/TAPA standards while driving service improvements and customer satisfaction across concurrent projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (required)
• 6+ years of experience in service delivery, logistics, or data center operations (required)
• Proven expertise in managing high‑value shipments and white‑glove services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee secure and timely movement of high‑value technology products to data centers across the West Coast.
• Lead and support white-glove teams responsible for rack installation, delivery and staging of components.
• Ensure compliance with transportation SOPs, chain-of-custody docs, liability coverage and safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain SOPs for white‑glove and high‑value deliveries.
• Monitor service performance, identify improvements, and drive corrective actions.
• Act as primary client contact during delivery projects and ensure professional on-site conduct.
