This role will operate across creative and performance disciplines and exist within an evolving framework, so flexibility and experience in change management, brand expansion, and rebranding are musts. Team and subject matter leadership are key elements of the role – this individual may manage direct reports and will need to develop and sustain relationships and facilitate knowledge sharing with key individuals, including practice managers and surgeon leaders. The ideal candidate for this role is an established marketer with experience building new brand and marketing engines, plus demonstrated team, agency, and stakeholder leadership. This role will report to and be expected to collaborate with the brand director, translating key insights into actionable marketing plans.

  • Own and report on key performance indicators measuring owned and earned demand such as branded search, organic lead contribution, consult volume, and patient retention
  • Develop annual and quarterly brand growth plans by market, identifying the highest-leverage opportunities to strengthen brand position
  • Champion a unified brand identity while highlighting each location’s unique value and specialties
  • Serve as the primary marketing contact for assigned practices and external partners, building trusted relationships with key center stakeholders
  • Travel to managed centers on a consistent basis to facilitate projects and strengthen collaboration across the region
  • Direct day-to-day priorities across assigned internal resources, agencies, and cross-functional partners to ensure timely execution of regional marketing priorities
  • Mentor and support marketing team members to execute skillfully and grow professionally
  • Analyze and report channel-level insights and strategic recommendations to marketing leadership
  • Lead expansion initiatives such as rebranding and new launches
  • Identify new opportunities for brand differentiation and market expansion

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Must be based in California, Washington, or Arizona with the ability and willingness to travel on a monthly basis for 2-5 days at a time
  • 3-5+ years of progressive experience in broad marketing roles with demonstrated leadership

  • High initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
  • Strong relationship management skills, communication, and EQ
  • Demonstrated problem-solving capability within the scope of growth and marketing
