Job summary

Almac Group in the United States is seeking a Business Development Director West Coast Territory to grow new sales and enhance service to existing clients for Almac Science’s capabilities across the West Coast.

You will lead client development, present capabilities, prepare competitive proposals, and coordinate with technical teams to deliver on commitments, ultimately driving contracts and revenue while ensuring high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical, life science, or physical science.
• 5 years of BD experience in CMO sector.
• Proven success in developing customer base, closing sales and meeting financial targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential clients, visit client sites, and host clients at Almac sites.
• Present capabilities and value proposition to secure CDAs and RFPs.
• Represent Almac at trade shows and conferences; report activity and value.
• Prepare competitive proposals with deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
• Monitor project delivery and ensure customer satisfaction; resolve issues.
