Job summary

The Wendy's Company is hiring a Shift Manager in Michigan. You will lead restaurant teams, ensure high standards of service, and enforce safe food handling practices while coaching staff to grow within the company.

As a full-time shift manager, you will participate in paid training, receive health benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with employer match. You’ll be part of a team that values real people and real food, with opportunities to advance within Wendy's.

Pay Range: $16.00 - $18.00 Hr.

What we expect from you

You must be willing and able to:

• Stand and move for most - if not all - of your shift
• Use restaurant equipment such as a headset, register or grill
• Follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve our customers and maintain a clean restaurant that you’re proud to work in
• Secure reliable transportation to travel to your home store and other locations (restaurants, area office, etc.) occasionally for training and other tasks
