Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Experience in transportation, customer service, or related field preferred.
• Ability to read and write English well for reports and forms.
• Understand and follow oral and written instructions.
• Must pass background check, physical, drug screen, and TB test.

Responsibilities

• Welcome participants and create a supportive atmosphere during transportation and at the wellness center.
• Adhere to transportation schedules and routes for timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Maintain accurate records of transportation activities and incidents.
• Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and ensure safety features are functioning.
• Maintain a clean, safe vehicle interior and adhere to traffic laws.
• Provide peer support, motivational interviewing, and mentorship to participants.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries in all interactions.
• Collaborate with the team and provide timely reports on unusual occurrences.
