Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to read and write in English to perform duties.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for peer support and transport operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe transport to and from the Kennemer MCRP Center.
• Adhere to schedules and routes for timely transport.
• Maintain records of mileage, fuel purchases, and incidents.
• Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety standards.
• Communicate safety concerns to management promptly.
• Support participants with peer coaching and wellness resources.
